Quick Cry Guide 👶

1. Hungry (Bhookh)

Reason: The baby's stomach is empty. You might hear a "Neh" sound as the tongue touches the roof of the mouth.
Tip: Feed immediately. Look for signs like rooting or sucking on hands.

2. Belly Pain (Gas/Colic)

Reason: Trapped gas or digestive discomfort. Baby often pulls legs toward the tummy or arches their back.
Tip: Try "Tummy Time" or gently move the baby's legs in a "bicycle" motion to release gas.

3. Discomfort (Wet Nappy/Temperature)

Reason: Could be a wet diaper, clothing tag irritation, or feeling too hot/cold.
Tip: Check the diaper first. Feel the baby's chest or back to ensure they aren't overheating.

4. Tired/Sleepy (Thakawat)

Reason: Overstimulation or lack of sleep. You may hear an "Owh" sound like a yawn.
Tip: Move to a quiet, dark room. Use gentle rocking or swaddling to help them settle.

5. Burping (Dakaar)

Reason: Air swallowed during feeding is causing pressure in the chest.
Tip: Hold the baby upright against your shoulder and gently pat their back until they burp.
